A maniac named Art the Clown terrorizes two friends on Halloween and anyone who gets in his way. David Howard Thornton was the sixth person to audition for Art The Clown after Mike Giannelli backed out of the role and went all-in. During the audition, he started off by miming tasting his decapitated victim’s blood, but then added salt to it to enhance its flavor. This is what won him the role. The overrated “Terrifier”; it’s a horror movie with a promising and funny beginning, with the alcoholic Dawn acting like a fool and the clown accepting the stupidity. Up until the point where Tara and Dawn are kidnapped, the movie works pretty well. However, when Victoria drives to give her sister and Dawn a ride, she hears that there’s a serial killer in the area. But even being aware of the dangerous situation, she starts to take a series of very stupid and clichéd attitudes, culminating in the horrific conclusion.
